What You'll Need to Provide
Tell Us About Your Business
We’ll need a detailed history of your business, its ownership, and any real estate involved.
- Personal Financial Statement. SBA Form 413
- Balance Sheet and Income Statement for the previous 2 years, for your business and any affiliates
- Interim Balance Sheet and Income Statement, dated within the last 90 days
- Projected Annual Income Statement for the first two years after your loan funds
- Cost Documentation: purchase and sale agreement, contractor estimates, vendor quotes for equipment
- Two Years of Business Tax Returns: If most recent year is not available: year-end financial statements
- One Year of Personal Tax Returns for all guarantors
If You’re a New Business, You’ll Also Need:
- A proforma balance sheet, with your assumptions and projections clearly outlined
- Two-Year Projections with detailed assumptions
- A monthly cash flow analysis for your first 12 months of operation, or through 3 months past your break-even point, with assumptions included
